The Student Service Fee presentations will be held Dec 15-16, 2025. Presentations made by requesting units are open to the public and will be available via livestreamed. TWU Students may address the committee at the time noted, see. Student Service Fee Hearing Schedule. Student comment/testimony will be heard from 8:30-8:45 a.m. and will be limited to 5 minutes per student. To make a comment on an agenda item, students must contact the Office of the Vice President for Student Life at lvalle@twu.edu two business days prior to convening and must identify their name and the agenda item and/or subject to be addressed. If no comments are scheduled, hearings will begin at 8:45 a.m.
