Crime blotter

This week’s blotter covers the week of Oct. 28-Nov. 4.

Lowry Woods Community – A terroristic threat was reported at Fitzgerald Hall in the Lowry Woods Community Oct. 28 after a student verbally threatened another student, ending in a citation for Assault by Threat. Criminal mischief of greater than $100 but less than $750 was reported in the Lowry Woods parking lot Nov. 2 after someone reported that their car was keyed, and the investigation was still active as of Nov. 4.

Guinn Hall – Two reports of marijuana odor were responded to at Guinn Hall Oct. 29, but no marijuana was found and the reports were referred to Student Life. Credit card abuse was reported at Guinn Hall Oct. 31 after an individual lost their wallet and then noticed unauthorized charges to their card. The investigation has since been suspended.

Stark Hall – Marijuana odor was reported in Stark Hall Oct. 29, but officers did not smell any when they arrived. An RA reported marijuana odor at Stark Hall Nov. 2, but no marijuana was seen or smelled once keyed into the room. A second report of marijuana odor at Stark Hall was received Nov. 2, and, again, no marijuana was found in plain view when officers arrived.
