As spring returns, so too does the Denton Community Market! Now in full swing, it takes place every Saturday from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at 317 W Mulberry Street.
For those who have never been before, the Denton Community Market is our town’s take on a traditional farmers’ market. There you’ll find a lovely mixture of fresh produce, ready-to-eat food and drink, and lovely wares from many of our local small businesses.
While the vendors you’ll find at the market vary, there are a few that are there in rain or shine. I’ve never gone to the Community Market and not seen Goldenroot Gingerbeer, for example, who make a delicious, naturally carbonated and non-alcoholic refreshment that I find myself grabbing every time I go. Alongside Goldenroot, enjoy some truly delightful local honeys, farm-fresh fruits and veggies, and many artisan treats and trinkets.
