Mission statement
The mission of The Lasso is to inform, educate and entertain the TWU community. We aim to foster students, faculty, staff, and alumni interest in journalism. The Lasso cultivates students who are strong communicators, leaders, and learners who engage and enrich their communities.
Ethics
We seek to be transparent, accountable, and honest. We look to the Society of Professional Journalists Code of Ethics to guide us in making ethical decisions as responsible journalists.
