Psychology Fun fair on Sept. 20
On Wednesday, Sept. 20 the Psychology and Physiology Department is hosting the “Amazing Psychology Fun Fair.” This event is free and open to all psychology majors from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30p.m. in the Fit and Rec gymnasium. This event will have free pizza, popcorn, and Xbox games, as well as psychology trivia games including “Psychology Jeopardy,” “Name the Psychological Disorder,” and a TWU resource themed Kahoot. Winners of the trivia games will receive TWU Psychology and Physiology Department fidget spinners and candy as consolation prizes.
Fun Fair events
In addition to free food, games, and prizes the fun fair is a great way to get information about advising, Psi Chi, the graduate programs, the resource center and counseling and psychological services. This event also provides psychology majors with the opportunity to meet fellow psychology majors and faculty who can help students get involved, get help, and get connected. The fun fair is a great opportunity to learn more about study strategies and coping skills, get involved, make important contacts and undeniably provides a nice break from course work.
