Netflix and Run

Almost every student on campus wishes that he or she could work out more during the week. However, there are usually two things that stop them from doing so-time and motivation.

It seems like there are never enough hours in a day on university time, and students rarely feel they have the time to take a breath, let alone work out. Sure, a full-blown workout may not fit into the crazy schedule of college, but there are definitely ways to fit a little exercise into the day.

The TWU Fit and Rec has the option of treadmills for students to use on any day of the week. There are many students who scoff at the idea of running (who wants to put themselves through that misery?), but TWU treadmills are not your typical treadmills. They have Netflix programmed into them. Yes, you read that right. Running on the treadmill for an episode of your favorite Netflix show is a great alternative to a full-fledged workout that can take up to an hour. Any student who is on a time crunch, but wants to build that stamina up can go running and be entertained to numb some of the pain that inevitably comes with working out.

If the only thing stopping you from working out was the lack of time to do so, then you are out of excuses. Netflix and running is the best option for you.
