TWU Dallas campus is hosting their Family Weekend on Oct. 28 and 29. The event will begin on Friday with a family movie night in the auditorium. At 7 p.m., TWU Dallas Student Government Association will be sponsoring a showing of “The Secret Life of Pets” and will provide free snacks and giveaways. On Saturday, students and their families can enjoy an entire day filled with food, fun, games, crafts and more.
Food trucks will be available onsite with multiple options for a delicious meal. The campus will also be hosting a resource fair and interactive campus tours. In addition, one of the activities will be trick-or-treating for the young ‘uns. The events are free for all students, faculty, staff and their families. Students spend a lot of time at school, so it is the perfect opportunity to show your family where you go to learn, grow and work hard to make yourself a better person and inspire them to make education a priority in their lives.
